Conference of Community Gardens

The Los Angeles Community Garden Council will be holding its 3rd annual "Conference of Community Gardens" on October 24 & 25, generously hosted at the Farmlab campus just north of downtown LA. The two-day conference will feature workshops, information booths and break-out sessions on Saturday, and tours of six of Los Angeles' 80 community gardens on Sunday. This educational and ecological gathering will be an opportunity to meet some of the leaders in community gardens in Los Angeles and a chance for gardeners to network. The conference is free with a suggested $10 donation; lunch will be provided on Saturday on a first come, first served basis.
